Children are a heritage from the LORD, offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them.Psalm 127:3-5

Oh......this is perfect...look at their gentle faces..this looks like me and Ruben, playing after work...putting cares behind us. You are amazing, Tita. You can do anything you put your mind and hands to. Ahhhhh....merci for this lesson in watercolour as well as in finding the joy in life...Nita
Your watercolors of children remind me of Tasha Tudor's style. They have a lovely 1920's feel to them, I mean this as a true compliment because I do so love that look.
My dear Nita.... yes, yes..grin,you and Ruben!!! I can't wait to see you exploring the watercolors , i have a feeling you will find true satisfaction.
I am learning each time that it is okay to be free... this medium is so opposite of waht I have done all my life.... oils... and yet , it challanges me .Smiles~
Derest Jeri~ Oh yes that is a huge compliment as I too , I am *very* fond of Tasha's work as well as Beatrix Potter. My *children* looks a lot like farm children from where/when I grow up... there is something tranquile about the simplicity back in Brazil farmland and how my life still is , that I love so very much.
Thank you for visiting me. I am very fond of your work as well,grin...I just love the animals.... your turtle has captive my heart.Smiles~
